Currently Reading.....
Hello!!! Since i posted the list of everything I've read this summer, i haven't read anything! My sister told me to read The Fault in Our Stars, (by John Green) So, i just started that. I'm not very far, so I'll write the inside cover description.... "Despite the tumor-shrinking medical miracle that has bought her a few years, Hazel has never been anything but terminal, her final chapter inscribed upon diagnosis. But when a gorgeous plot twist named Augustus Waters suddenly appears at Cancer Kid Support Group, Hazel's story is about to be completely rewritten." My sister said she cried. Multiple times during the course of this book, so it must be good :) Ok also i'm re-reading Are You There God? It's me, Margaret.(by Judy Blume) It's a really funny, really quick read. It's only 150 pages, and it's big print :) so if you need a laugh, read that! It's really for maybe, 9-12 yr olds? 10-12? the difficulty is maybe 10. Its a nice little book though, so yeah :) happy reading, and happy less than a week left of your summer. Bye!
Blanket!
Hey! So I'm making this blanked made of squares. It has green and purple squares, and they're all bordered in pink! I'm almost done with the squares, then i can put them together! I'll post a picture of it completed next week :)

Reading
This is a random question, but how many books have you all read this summer? I have read 5, and i'm going on my sixth :) Leave a comment below on how many you've read! I've read Out of My Mind, The Truth about Forever, Just Listen, Keeping the Moon, and Lock and Key. The last 4 are all Sarah Dessen! Click here for her site!
Whipped Cream
Yesterday, i really wanted some whipped cream to top my fruit and chocolate chips. My mom didn't want to buy any, so she told me i could make some. Here's what i did...
Step One: Take some heavy whipping cream and put it into an automatic mixing bowl.
Step Two: Mix very fast, but not so fast that it splatters everywhere. On the kitchen aid i used, I set it to 8. Whip until it becomes a little stiffer, looking something like this:
Step Three: Once the cream becomes stiffer, take it down a notch and add a tiny splash of vanilla.

Step Four: Add a spoonful of powdered sugar.
Step Five: Mix until it becomes the consistency of whipped cream! Don't whip it too much because then it becomes butter, and you don't want that!
Once it becomes the right consistency, use a rubber spatula to mix it in yourself, because there's probably some stuff on the sides. When you are done mixing it by hand, put it into a large Ziploc bag and cut the corner, so it's like a piping bag. When you are done using the whipped cream and there is still some in there, put it into another bag so it doesn't go bad from the snipped corner. Hope your whipped cream comes out as good as mine did!

Masa Bag
This is a bag that i completed about a month ago, called a masa bag! The pattern i used was VERY small, so i had to improvise. I just made a rectangle, then folded it to make that! I have yet to add a strap. If you want to make this, i recommend making it MUCH larger than it says to :) Click here for the pattern!
Welcome!
Welcome everyone to my new site! Please do not go to my old one anymore, thank you :) This will be about everything that is a part of who I am and what I love!
